How do I track my order?
Our courier company Correos will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped.
If you notice that the "tracking" does not work, keep in mind that Correos takes a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that it only sends on working days. In this case, try to try again later.
When will my order be shipped?
Since the order is placed, it takes between 4-6 working days to arrive at the destination address.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
When they are admitted to the transport company, they take between 3-4 working days to arrive at the destination address.
We ship to all of Europe.
Conditions for National Shipments (SPAIN):
For orders over €50, shipping costs are FREE.
For orders less than €50 the costs are:
- Balearic Islands: €2.99
- Peninsula: 3,99€
- Canary Islands: €9.50
