Local product
At Menorca Republic we carry out all the design and printing (screen printing) processes with companies on the island, giving value to local work.
The designs of all the t-shirts and sweatshirts are their own. The embroidery and printing, with screen printing, is carried out by a local company called Idees Menorquines.
Packaging
The shipping boxes we use are from a local company that uses cardboard. We try to make all shipments with the minimum possible impact and avoiding plastics.
Fair Work
We also have the Fair Wear Foundation certificate that guarantees the greatest respect for human and labor rights applied throughout the production chain, guaranteeing:
Free employment, non-discrimination, no child labor, the right to a decent salary, the right to a decent working day, good working conditions and the right to a contractual employment relationship.
